Mango Chutney Recipe by Nadine Lloyd


(Makes 1 jar)

  • 6-8 mangoes – diced

  • 1 knob ginger – grated

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 2 bay leaves

  • ¾ cup caster sugar

  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar


Place all the chutney ingredients into a large saucepan. 

Slowly increase the heat to a simmer. 

Allow to simmer for 40-45 minutes, or until slightly thick.

Stir regularly.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool. 

Remove the bay leaves.

Place into a tight-seal jar and store in the refrigerator.
