30ml ( 1.0fl.oz) Whiskey
30ml (1.0fl.oz) Kahlua
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¼ cup thin cream
1 teaspoon chocolate – grated
Add the whiskey, Kahlua, ice cream, and cream to a jug.
Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
Pour the Don Pedro into two glasses.
Garnish each glass with ½ teaspoon grated chocolate.
