Crab and Lobster Shells Recipe by Nadine Lloyd


(Makes  12-18)

  • 1 lobster tail – roughly chopped

  • 4 tablespoons crab meat

  • ½ avocado – mashed

  • 2 tablespoons seafood island sauce

  • Salt and pepper – to taste

  • Canapé shells – store bought or home made

  • Fennel sprigs


Using a small bowl, mix the lobster, crab, avocado, island sauce, salt, and pepper together.

Spoon out small quantities of the crab/lobster mixture into the shells.

Garnish with a sprig of fennel.

Serve cool.
