Sticky Plum Marinade/Dipping Sauce

Ingredients: (Makes 1 Jar)

1x (425g) (15oz.) tin plums

3-4 cloves of garlic – crushed

2 tablespoons Miso paste

3 tablespoons dark soy sauce

¼ cup Hoisin sauce
-
¼ cup honey
-
¼ cup sherry
-
1 tablespoon fish sauce
-
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
-
1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice blend
Method:
Using a medium-sized jug, roughly whisk or pulse using a blender, all the all the plum marinade ingredients together.
Use as a marinade or an Asian dipping sauce.
