There is no-body like you, anywhere in the world and underneath the thoughts, emotions, the impacts of belief systems, the limitations that we place on ourselves, is a light that shines so brightly with a simple need, to be the truthful being that is you. It asks to shine, it asks to fill your whole self with its love and wisdom, its knowing. 
 
It asks you to be gentle and kind, compassionate and humble towards yourself. 
 
We must begin somewhere, to truly understand the humbling of seeing ourselves in the light of our own love, not simply catching glances, glimpses, but truly believing in this uniqueness that is you. 
 
This little pre-book is part of my journey to the bigger picture. I cannot tell you of the unravelling of your journey, your uniqueness, only see that the potential that lays sleeping within you, is far more awake than perhaps you realise. 
 
We can turn inward and find and acknowledge those parts of ourselves that feel good, light, focus on what is good, what we love, what nourishes us as a whole being, and let it move and spread into our entire being to allow ourselves to truly know that the light of each of us, is far more powerful, graceful, and alive than we think. 
 
To nourish is just simply what you allow it to be. 
 
The recipes within are inspired by the retreats I have nourished on and the artwork is from my daughter, Jessica Deacon’s inspired journey.
