Ginger and Lemon-Grass Vodka Oysters Recipe by Nadine Lloyd


(Makes 6)

  • 6 oysters

  • Lime zest

  • 3 teaspoons ginger and lemon grass vodka

  • 1½ teaspoons fresh ginger – finely crushed

  • 1½ teaspoons lemon grass – finely crushed


Clean the oysters and place them on a serving platter lined with rock salt.

Using a small bowl, mix the ginger, lemon grass, and vodka together.

Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then strain off the pulp.

Evenly spoon the liquid into each oyster.

Garnish with very thinly sliced lime zest.

Serve cold.
