Fresh Watermelon and Paw-Paw Sticks

1 cup watermelon – cubed
1 cup paw paw – cubed
1 kiwi fruit peeled – sliced into small pieces
200g (7.1oz.) mild Bertocchi Sopressa salami
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
Slice each salami piece lengthwise to form a ribbon.
Push one side through the stick, followed by a piece of water melon, followed by the next fold of salami, and then add a piece of kiwi fruit.
Fold the salami again followed by a piece of paw-paw.
End the pattern by folding the remainder of the salami onto the stick. This prevents the paw-paw from sliding off the stick when lifted by your guests.
Arrange on a platter.
Garnish with spring onions.
