Fresh Walnut and Pear Salad Recipe by Nadine Lloyd


(Serves 2-4)

  • 500g (1.1lb.) packet of mixed lettuce

  • 1½ teaspoons olive oil

  • ½ cup walnuts – crushed

  • 150g (5.3oz.) blue cheese – crumbled

  • ¼ cup golden raisins

  • 1 pear – sliced


Place fresh lettuce leaves into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Add the sliced pear, blue cheese, golden raisins, and walnuts.

Serve with any main meal, or as a light lunch.
