Coated Pepper Steak with Creamy Mash

2 cups plain flour
3 teaspoon coriander – ground
2 teaspoons beef seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cracked pepper
2 tablespoons milk
1kg (2.2lb) round steak
3-4 cups grape-seed oil
In a deep flat bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
Cut the steaks into manageable-sized pieces.
Dip the steak into the egg mix, and then into the dry flour mixture.

Remove and place on paper towel to rest.
Serve with a creamy mash and a freshly cut salad.
Add extra cracked pepper to taste.
