Burn Your Mouth Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
(Serves 4-6)
4.4 lbs. (2kg) chicken wings
1 cup melted butter
¼ cup Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sliced red/green chilies
Lime wedges
Method:
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C)
Line two baking trays with baking paper and set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan.
Stir in the Sriracha sauce, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, celery, salt, and pepper until completely combined.
Using a pastry brush, coat the chicken wings with half the hot butter sauce.
Place the pieces on the lined trays.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Flip the wings and brush the remaining butter sauce over the wings.
Bake for a further 10-20 minutes, or until light golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish with freshly sliced chili.
Serve hot with lime wedges and an ice-cold beer or glass of white wine.
