Beetroot Ginger and Celery Recipe by Nadine Lloyd

Ingredients:

(Serves 1-2)

  • 1 large beetroot

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 red apples

  • 2 green apples

  • 6 celery sticks

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 nob ginger - thumb size

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1½ cups water

Method:


Juice all the ingredients together.

Stir to combine.

Strain off the pulp.


Serve with crushed ice and a stick of celery.
